day 2

No formal exercise today....just chasing kids.
Food was:
berries, pineapple, melon
2 pc banana bread (oops)
salmon-walnut salad
bison jerky
1 light beer
1 banana
handful cashews
arugala salad with parsnip, raisins, ramps, olive oil and bleu cheese
